"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Its because she's a collecter. I used to collect The Little Mermaid Items, and I didnt care if it was horribly made, or painted wrong, it was The Little Mermaid. Same for her. She collects socks, costumes, hand made items, not just official perfect made things. Its all in being a collecter
